Professional Experience 

I currently work as a project director for a media company, Mighty Picnic, which is producing Lyla in the Loop, an animated, STEM-focused show on PBS KIDS. 

From 2018-2022, I worked in public health research as a coordinator and manager at the the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine in the Center for Health Behavior Research. Primary tasks were research operations, data collection and analysis, administrative tasks, and personnel management. 

Prior to that, I received my PhD in sociology from the University of Notre Dame, where I used primarily qualitative methods to research gender, family, and social psychology.
